Communiteens chapters across the United States have been working on incredible projects! Communiteens AHS collected hundreds of books for the Salvation Army, they will be collecting until the end of their semester (mid-December)! They also collected over 200 stuffed animals for SAFE! I am so happy that one of our newest chapters has had extreme success! Communiteens Reno organized an event for Fashion Club at Good Shepherds Closet. So glad to see an amazing chapter completing a great event! Communiteens Davie and Parkland collected and sorted hundreds of food items for Harvest Drive! They went to Western high school and helped changed their community for the better. We are so proud of them! Communiteens South Carolina coached little kids at a local lacrosse clinic for 4 Sundays and donated hundreds of toiletries at the Ronald McDonald house near the clinic! So glad to see the chapter helping those who need help the most! I have also been nominated for Prudential Spirit of Community Award! I was nominated last year by American Heritage and was luckily nominated AGAIN!!! In addition, I was chosen as American Heritage's nomination for Silver Knight! No matter the results of these two awards, I am glad to be nominated by my school! I am extremely happy to see the progress each chapter has on their respective communities. Thank you to American Heritage Students, Ally Einbinder, Tyler Crookes, Molly and Rebecca Marks, and Alexa Deeter and Chloe Nixon for an incredible month! Working with other chapters or organizations is exactly how we can make bigger impacts on our world! I am so impressed with all the work everyone has put in and I cannot wait to see next semester's events!
